Friendly staff and the food was quite good! Really enjoyed our pit stop there.
Stopped early for breakfast. Bacon was over cooked. Grits were not good at all. Pancakes were good. Eggs were cold. The biscuits were absolutely awesome. The portion of the food was a very good size. Will try again but for the BBQ next time
First timer. Went through the drive thru and ordered a bacon egg & cheese biscuit, a cup of water for my dog & and an extra biscuit for under $11. A lovely young lady came out & asked how I’d like my eggs, which caught me off guard (no other restaurant drive thru had ever asked me that). I said idk and decided on, however they want to make them. I received a biscuit with a fried egg with a perfectly runny yolk on top of the crispiest bacon with melted cheese. Idk who they’ve got cooking but I know God has a place for them in heaven for feeding his people this heavenly food. The coffee was the best coffee I’ve ever had from any restaurant that serves breakfast. *If you’ve never been & go through the drive thru be sure & let them know that if don’t need butter, jelly, cream & sugar because they will definitely make sure you get plenty.
We stopped at Dick Russell's for breakfast before driving back to Texas. I ordered a bacon omelet with grits and biscuits with a lemonade. I wasn't impressed with the grits or the omelet, but the biscuits with the jam were amazing. The servers were great. They were super nice and welcoming. We will visit again to try the lunch options.
Amazing food and SPECTACULAR service. I got the Super Sampler Platter, and it easily could have fed two hungry people. All the meat was delicious, and the garlic bread was HOT and FRESH! Donna was running the dining room with great efficiency and was making sure that every customer was more than taken care of. She greeted every customer in the building and checked on everyone a minimum of 3 times while I was there—just great service. This business is lucky to have someone dedicated to customer service like this!! I left happy, hungry, and ready to go to bed. They made me feel at home. Can’t ask for better from a BBQ restaurant.
This gem here is an amazing spot to eat at The food is hot, fresh and has amazing flavors!! It was hard to decide so we had to try a few things!!! Man oh man!!!!! Delightful staff amazing people. We evacuated Tampa Florida due to a storm and there was someone who heard and paid for our meals! They would not tell us who but we are just beside ourselves. We did not realize it till we had ordered food to go for our kids at the hotel and we want whoever to know from the bottom of our hearts thank you so much. We absolutely appreciate the kindness and knowledge it helps with getting our family back home to help with clean up efforts. Thank you so much!!! My kids said burgers were amazing!!! My spouse ordered a pork sandwich and bacon egg and cheese biscuit and man oh man he loved it! I got steak and eggs!!! And amazing flavors and just so yummy!!! Thank you again guys amazing place! We will definitely be back!!!!
